Which is why, from the very beginning, I’ve tried to tell people—through my Fit for Life books—to forget about the idea of dieting. Give the body what it needs to take care of itself. We’re not designed to be overweight. We weren’t put on earth to suffer with every imaginable ache and pain just to counteract our eating habits, because we are doing something that’s perfectly normal and natural and necessary to life.

It’s almost as if they’re naming them based on what they hope you might imagine you’re eating rather than what’s really in the box, because there’s a whole lot of stuff in there they don’t want you to read on the label.
