*A Journey to Oz is open for ALL Skate Academy members to participate in INCLUDING our adult skaters, tots and the beginner basic levels. The skaters are placed in a group with their Skate Academy level. Beginner adult skaters, we would like to REALLY encourage you to participate as this number will not be specific to the adult Theatre on Ice team and we are encouraging all new adult skaters to join us in this show.
*There is a registration fee of $140.00 (Early Bird) or $160 (Regular) to be in the show. This fee is non refundable and covers all the ice time for all rehearsals, shows, and group costume.
*Each person is required to skate in all 3 shows.
*Each skater is required to participate in both the Tech Run and Full Dress Rehearsal. Failure to participate will result in dismissal from the show.
*This show will feature ice level seating. We will have two rows of seats on the ice all the way around the rink! Tickets will be available for purchase starting in February. The shows usually sell out so speak with family and friends and purchase tickets EARLY.
*The participant or parent receives 1 complimentary ticket; not 1 per show, 1 ticket. As soon as I have a total cast list we can distribute the complimentary ticket. Once we have written “comp” on your ticket you can’t trade it for another performance. The comp ticket will ONLY be for the bleacher area. You may purchase as many tickets as you like for performances at regular prices as long as they are available. As always, I will be around to answer any questions you may have!
Skate Academy Updates
SCI is excited to announce that we will be expanding Saturday Skate Academy classes by 30 minutes starting January 1st in order to accommodate the growth of the program. Adding in an additional 30 minute block of classes will allow us to give each class more space to work and grow. We are confident that this expansion will better accommodate the needs of our skaters. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our skating director Brielle Francis at Brielle@spacecoasticeplex.com
Below is the information for the Valentine’s Recital. This recital is open to all skaters including Skate Academy skaters!
Date: February 10th
Registration will begin on January 6th and will end January 20th or when full.
